Ben Cavin

Ben Cavin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Landmark Bank.

A Zachary native and graduate of Zachary High School, Ben and his wife, Nikki, live in Zachary with their two daughters and son.

Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwestern State University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.

Brandy Wheeler

Brandy Wheeler serves as Chief Financial Officer at Landmark Bank, where she oversees information technology, deposit operations, financial management, and assists with strategic initiatives across the organization. 

Prior to joining Landmark Bank in 2021, Brandy spent nearly two decades with First National Bankers Bank in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she managed numerous large-scale banking initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and operational conversions involving multiple bankers’ banks throughout the Southeast.

Brandy Westmoreland

Brandy Westmoreland serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Landmark Bank, where she oversees day-to-day operations of the bank, working closely with all departments throughout the company. Brandy focuses on community development and relationships where the bank can provide personal service with every encounter.

Brandy is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, further strengthening her expertise in banking, leadership, and financial management.

Brandon Noel

Brandon Noel serves as Chief Lending Officer at Landmark Bank, where he oversees lending operations and revenue production, working closely with commercial and consumer clients and overseeing the lending teams throughout the company. 

Brandon is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, further strengthening his expertise in banking, leadership, and financial management.

Alison Sharp

Alison Sharp serves as Vice President of Executive Operations at Landmark Bank.

Alison is a seasoned banking professional with 28 years of comprehensive experience across all areas of the financial industry. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for leadership, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence. Her broad background includes experience in retail banking, lending, operations, compliance, relationship management, and team development, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the banking sector and the communities it serves.
